Meet the Staff

Dr. Monda Waked, Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Monda Waked completed her undergraduate work at Kent State University earning a bachelor's degree in biology. Throughout college and following graduation, Dr. Waked worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) for several years. During this time, she explored pursuing her education in many different medical specialties and was ultimately drawn to chiropractic medicine. She earned her doctorate of chiropractic medicine in 2004 from Life University in Atlanta.  Dr. Waked began practicing in Mentor in 2005 as an associate. She purchased the office in 2007 and developed the ChiroLife team approach.

Dr. Waked is currently the District III Director of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association, overseeing Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties. She is a driving force in bringing chiropractors together to reach a common goal.

Dr. Waked believes that chiropractic is not just something she does – it’s how she lives. She has experienced the success of the practice in maintaining her own health and has a passion for sharing the benefits with others.  Dr. Waked currently lives in Willoughby, Ohio. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her husband and family, and taking her toy Yorkie "Toggle" on long walks.

Erik Thibault, Chiropractic Physician

Eric loves the profession that he has chosen for his career. There is an immense sense of joy and satisfaction that comes from seeing a person live without pain. Eric also has a passion for health and fitness that stems from growing up with three younger brothers and being a 3-sport athlete throughout high school. He continued to stay active while attending the University of Kansas for four years, spending as much time as possible at the fitness center and competing in intramural sports. After graduating from KU with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Eric continued his education at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park. He completed the rigorous requirements of this program in 3 ½ years and earned the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic with Cum Laude honors. He also received the Clinic Service Award. In addition to the required courses at the school, Eric also attended numerous educational seminars across the country during his time at Cleveland CC. These seminars were taught by some of the brightest minds in the field of chiropractic and healthcare, which has equipped Eric with the necessary knowledge and skills that will enable him to assess and treat his patients with confidence.

Eric says, “The current picture of American health is not a pretty one: the majority of people are sedentary and most do not make healthy food choices. My mission is to work towards tipping the needle of health in the opposite direction. I look forward to the opportunity of working with each patient. Together we will work towards eliminating pain and leading healthier lives by promoting an active lifestyle.”
